Welcome to Serenes Space. By purchasing from our store or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions, especially related to our handcrafted lamp and mirror products.

1. Product Information

All lamps and mirrors sold on Serenes Space are handcrafted or custom-designed using quality materials.

Slight variations in color, texture, or shape may occur due to the handmade nature of the products.

Product dimensions and visuals are accurate to the best of our ability, but minor differences may occur.

 

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed are in USD currency (CAN CHANGE THE CURRENCY TO YOUR LOCAL CURRENCY ) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payment must be made in full before dispatch.

We accept secure payments via VISA, Master, Credit Card, Bank Transfer, etc.

 

3. Orders & Availability

Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

If a product is out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you immediately with options to wait, replace, or refund.

Custom orders require a longer lead time and may take 7–14 business days depending on complexity.

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines may vary based on your location and product type.

Mirrors and lamps require special packaging and care, so shipping might take a little longer than standard items.

Serenes Space is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or customs.

 

5. Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 3 days for non-custom items only.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Mirrors and lamps that are damaged due to customer mishandling are not eligible for return or exchange.

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us with photos within 48 hours of delivery.

 

6. Warranty & Repairs

We offer a limited warranty of 30 days on lamps and mirrors for manufacturing defects only.

The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, water exposure, falls, or unauthorized modifications.

Repairs can be requested after the warranty period for a fee, subject to material availability.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All images, designs, content, and product concepts are the intellectual property of Serenes Space. They may not be reproduced, copied, or used without written permission.

8. Liability Disclaimer

Serenes Space is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our lamp and mirror products. Please install or use items with care, following safety guidelines.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the site or services implies acceptance of those changes.
